I swear by

as my witness, to bring the following oath and written covenant to fulfillment, in accordance with my power and my judgment; to regard with honor those who have taught me the spiritual practices as my spiritual parents, and to hold the whole of humanity as my mothers and fathers, brothers and sisters, daughters and sons, respectively. Therefore I will use those spiritual gifts which have been passed to me to the benefit of the lost and forgotten, the sick and weak, in accordance with my ability and my judgment, and keep from them what is to their harm or injustice. And in a pure and holy way I will guard my life and my spiritual gifts. Into as many houses as I may enter, I will go for the benefit of those in need, while being far from all voluntary and destructive injustice, whether through my sexual or social conduct, my speech, work, action or inaction. And I will remain silent about whatever I may see or hear in my ministry, or even outside the bounds of my ministry in the life around me—the things that should not ever be repeated aloud—holding such things to be sacred and not to be divulged. If I transgress and perjure myself, I understand that consequences are inevitable. May I be ever uplifted and upheld in rendering this oath fulfilled. May I never blur nor confound it, never render it null, and ever feel the deep joy that comes from lifting others from their suffering.
